This is coming directly from my book of shadows, which is where I journal, I scrapbook, and I spell-create. I know that many people don't use their BoS in this way, but for me, I like to combine a ton of things all together to create one working book. If there is information that is "unchanging" I will record that in my Grimoire, but most of the time I am working in my BoS. I carry it with me most of the time, I collect little scraps of paper on my journeys to use like a junk journal, and I record ideas for spells and things that I think would be useful to others in the craft.
So, on the day of the new year I was struck by the need to offer help, especially for new people to the craft, for creating a cord cutting kit. I was being asked about it often at markets that I was selling at of "How do I get rid of my ex" or "I have a spirit following me, what do I do?" and so this little kit was born.
The spells I made for this day are additions to the Sherwood Hearth inventory. I put together two zines, two candles, and a length of twine so that people can perform their own cord cutting rituals.
